Our complex is on the beach of Plaka, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, at a distance of only 50 m. from the sea, 4 km from the airport and 7 km from the city of Naxos and the port. This is a recently built residence complex, comprising 6 independent maisonettes and 3 Double Rooms with sea view.

Built in accordance with the standards of classical Cycladic architecture, sober aesthetics and in full harmony with the natural environment, they provide all facilities for a particularly warm hospitality.

Superior 3 Bedroom Maisonette

This maisonette has a surface area of 70 m² and hosts up to 7 people. It consists of 2 levels and has a comfortable 35 m² terrace with a view to the sea and the sunset.

Superior 2 Bedroom Maisonette

This type of maisonette (3 in total), with a surface area of 60 m², hosts up to 5 people. It consists of 2 levels and has large terraces overlooking the sea and the sunset.

Standard 2 Bedroom Maisonette

Two of our terraced houses, with a surface area of 55 m² each, consist of 2 levels with wide terraces overlooking the sea and the sunset. Each of these can host up to 5 people.

Superior Double Room with sea view

These two rooms of a total surface area of 20 m² each, are on the top floor and have unrestricted view towards the sea and the sunset. They may host up to 2 people. They have a bedroom, a bathroom and a comfortable terrace.

Standard Double Room with sea view

C’est une double chambre, d’une surface de 15m2 qui se trouve au deuxième étage et qui peut accueillir 2 personnes. Elle comprend une chambre à coucher, une salle de bains et une terrasse qui a une vue immense sur la mer et sur le coucher du soleil.
